Every day I wake up and realize how much I hate my life. I am constantly stressed, and I have decided to make a few changes to my daily routine. First, I would remove my Economics class because it’s a lot of work and I barely learn anything. Next, I would eliminate Chemistry because it’s bringing down my GPA. Finally, I would no longer take a nap when I get home from school so that I could get more done. If I make these changes to my day, I think my stress will go down, and I can finally start enjoying my life.
First, I would remove my Economics class because it’s a lot of work and I barely learn anything. Economics is basically all common sense so the content is nothing new for me. This coupled with endless, pointless assignments makes the class stressful. In the same fashion, we get so much vocabulary, that it gets very difficult to memorize and keep up with the class.
Next, I would eliminate Chemistry because it’s bringing down my GPA. We aren’t able to get anything done because of all the constant disruption, not to mention my instructor rushing through the power points as if she will win a prize for finishing quickly. Disruptions together with the teacher speeding, is leading to me not getting all the content I need to perform successfully.
Finally, I would no longer take a nap when I get home from school, so that I can get more done. If I don’t take a nap, I can get my work done faster instead of waiting until right before I go to sleep. Waiting until I go to sleep can sometimes be a hassle. It keeps me up later which ultimately makes me lose sleep.
On the other hand, it might be better not to omit Chemistry. If I don’t omit it, it would make it easier when I take Chemistry in college because I will have that background knowledge. Also, I need that course to graduate. However, I can just take it during my senior or junior year. If I take during a different school year I will most likely have a different teacher and a less disruptive class.
In conclusion, I think it would be better to make these omissions because they would lead to more sleep, better grades and less disruption in my classroom. As can be seen, my life is very unpleasant but these changes will make it much better.
